Air quality is essential. In addition to the MERV14 Filters in our HVAC system, we have added HEPA13 air filtration systems to each room.
Our Steam & Sauna rooms are to remain closed until we are able to reopen them.
Our capacity limit is 33%, we are scheduling visits to prevent exceeding the limit.
We offer personal training and group clas
